Reservations/Cancellations COVID-19 Protocol

 

Please read the following Reservations/Cancellations COVID-19 Protocol carefully before booking or cancelling your trip. Participation in any organized trip of our office presupposes a careful study of the program/offer and means the unconditional acceptance of the General Terms of Participation.

 

What is applicable for Air tickets: 

In case of any Cancellation Action ordered from the customer for any reason, the following apply:

-Cancellation policy applies as stated in your offer, Terms & Conditions, ''Σύμβαση Ταξιδιού''. 

In case of any Cancellation by the Airline provided that your flights are Cancelled/Disrupted by the Airline, the following apply:

-You may request Refund - Subject to be accepted by the airline. Procedure may take up to 3 months.

-You may accept a Credit Voucher valid up to 12-24 months subject to the airline policy.

 

What is applicable for Accommodations/ Tours / Transfers:

In case of any Cancellation Action ordered from the customer for any reason, the following apply:

-Cancellation policy applies as stated in your offer, Terms & Conditions, ''Σύμβαση Ταξιδιού''. 

-Refunds do not apply for reservations made after the declaration of the COVID-19 outbreak as pandemic by the World Health Organization (11 March 2020), as the pandemic consequences on travels could no longer be considered as unforeseen or unexpected by the consumers.

In case of any Cancellation by the Hotel/Supplier, providing your accommodation or service is Cancelled/Disrupted, the following apply:

-You may request Refund - Subject to be accepted by the Hotel/Supplier. Procedure may take up to 3 months.

-You may accept a Credit Voucher valid up to 12 months subject to the Hotel/Supplier policy.

Any expenses occurring due to any unforeseen events such as a result of ''Force Majeure'', are solid responsibility of the customer. Such unforeseen expenses are including and not limited to, as Covid-19 testing, quarantine, hospitalization, tickets and accommodation cancellation or rescheduling fees and any other expenses that falls under the unforeseen events - ''Force Majeure''.

 

The customer should request the Cancellation of a booking in writing (by email) and our office must also respond in writing prior proceeding with the Cancellation of the booking.
